Our Students

Although Holy Trinity is a Lutheran school, the majority of our students are not Lutheran.  We have students from a variety of other Christian denominations.  We also attract students from both the city and the county school districts and from all socioeconomic classes.  Holy Trinity students consistently score in the top third of the nation on standardized test scores.

Alumni

Many of our alumni move on from HTLS, receiving accolades and awards that propel them into successful higher education scholars and professionals in their chosen careers. We want to hear from you! Please let us know of your rewards, scholarships, and life events so your HTLS family can keep in touch with you and your family.  Find other alumni and keep up to date with what is going on at Holy Trinity Lutheran School's Facebook page!

Parent Teacher Organization

Our Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is led by volunteer parents who help HTLS in meeting its mission "to reach out to children and families with the Good News of Jesus through a Christ-centered, loving, forgiving environment of academic excellence."

Our PTO helps with fundraisers, plans PTO nights for families, sponsors Open Houses for students and their parents of the school and community on a regular basis, and helps fund and support our student scholarship program   PTO committees help promote our mission through a variety of committees that address such things as grants, church/school relations, alumni, and third-source income.  The active involvement of our parents is critical to the success and well-being of our school and we are so blessed to have such wonderful parents who volunteer.

Chapel

Worship is an integral part of fulfilling our mission at HTLS.  Each Wednesday morning from 8:30am-9:00am, the entire school gathers in the sanctuary to worship together.  Chapel services are led by the pastors and principal and each class takes a turn at presenting the message. Chapel offerings are given to support a charity that is selected for each month. Parents are encouraged to attend and worship with us if possible.

In 2024-25, we will be supporting:

For a Reason

Water for LIFE, Far Shore Project

St. Jude's Children's Hospital

Potter Children's Home

Walk for Water

Quest for Christ Service Project

Norton's Children's Hospital

Crisis Pregnancy Center

Make A Wish Foundation

We are excited to help others in service of the Lord!

Holy Trinity Lutheran Church

We are here as a church to share the Good News of Jesus...

Fellow Christians, loved by God, we know that He has chosen you, because the Gospel we preach does not come to you with mere words, but with power, with the Holy Spirit, and with conviction. I Thessalonians 1:4 & 5

...through Christ-centered worship

We do not preach ourselves but Jesus Christ as the Lord, and ourselves as your servants for Jesus' sake. For God, who said, "Let light shine out of the darkness ", has shone in our hearts for the purpose of revealing the knowledge of the glory of God in the person of Christ. II Corinthians 4:5 & 6

...through Biblical education

All that was written long ago was written to teach us, so that we would have hope through the patient endurance and encouragement which the Scriptures give us. Romans 15:4

...through grace-filled service

This is how we learned what love is: He gave His life for us. We also have an obligation to give our lives for our brothers. If anyone has this world's goods and sees his brother in need but shuts his heart against him, how can he still be one who loves God? Little children, let us not only love in words or in talk, but let us put our love into action and make it real. I John 3:16-18

...through loving fellowship

As the Father has loved Me, so I have loved you. Remain in My love. If you keep My commandments, you will remain in My love, just as I have kept My Father's commandments and remain in His love. I have told you this so that My joy will be in you and that your joy will be complete. This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. John 15:9-12
