MEDICATIONS AT SCHOOL We have no infirmary facilities in the school. In case of serious injury, an attempt will be made to contact the parents, however, if they cannot be reached, the school reserves the right to use its own good judgment and/or will follow the information given on the Pupil Information Form. Giving Medicine at School - All medication must be sent to the office with written instructions. 1. In addition, a written request from the child’s parent or guardian asking that the medication be administered must be presented. Administration of medicine when the above conditions have been met shall be limited to the Director, or school secretary. 3. Non-prescription medication, such as: Tylenol, cough syrup, etc., will be administered to the child upon authorization of the child’s parent. Parents are asked to pick up all medications from the office at the end of the second semester. 7. Medicines with expired dates/or which have been left an extended time will be discarded. 8.
