Enrollment Information:

Holy Trinity Lutheran School offers to each enrolling family an individualized informational tour. You may schedule a tour for your family by calling the school office, (270) 843-1001 or by emailing  dbullard@htlc-bg.org.  Tours are available January through May, excluding formal testing weeks.

Through this tour you will have a chance to view the facility, review curriculum, discuss fees, and be oriented to the purpose and mission of our school. New enrollees are accepted at any time throughout the school year, subject to space being available and student eligibility.  The School Parent Handbook is available online.  Parents are expected to become familiar with the policies and procedures of HTLS.

You may enroll online (see link below) or through the school office. Please gather the following items in advance and provide them with your child’s application for admission.

Formal registration begins the first week of March following our re-enrollment of current families and siblings who have priority along with members of the Lutheran Church. Placement into classes requires a completed application and registration fee. If you apply online, please mail your registration fee immediately to complete the process.  New families will be notified by the second week in March of enrollment status.  Once placement has been offered, the enrollment fee will be processed.  First monthly tuition payments will be deducted on May 15th and each month over the next ten (10) months or twelve (12) months.  Once enrolled, it is understood that the family is expected to complete all tuition payments for the school year.

A prompt, fully completed enrollment application is often the difference between being granted placement or unfortunately starting on a waiting list. START TODAY!

___A copy of the most recent report card (K-6 transfer students)

___A copy of the most recent standardized or achievement test scores (K-6 transfer

        students)

___Transfer Request Forms (K-6 students) Transcript Request Form

___Other testing if applicable (psychological, emotional, ADD, dyslexia, etc.)

___A recent photo

___A copy of the official birth certificate

___Student Medical Form and a copy of  KY immunization certificate

___Kindergarten and Sixth Grade Physical and Eye Exam

___Simply Giving automatic deposit information
